BIO
The Rob Curtis Band is a high-energy country act delivering a dynamic mix of 90s country favourites, timeless classics, modern hits and original music. Fronted by singer-songwriter Rob Curtis, the band draws influence from artists such as Alan Jackson, Randy Travis, Travis Tritt and Johnny Cash, while bringing its own contemporary edge to the stage.
Built around strong lead vocals, Telecaster-driven guitar, fiddle and a powerful rhythm section, The Rob Curtis Band has developed a live show that is authentic, polished and designed to connect with a crowd. From packed dance floors to festival stages, the band blends musicianship, personality and the unmistakable spirit of traditional country music.
The group has already earned a strong following through memorable live performances, including sold-out shows at Victoria’s Roxy Theatre and the Vintage Barn Dance at Langtry Wharf and a rfecent performance at SUNFEST on Vancouver Island. With original material continuing to become a larger part of the show, The Rob Curtis Band is building momentum as one of Vancouver Island’s exciting live country acts.
Whether performing a classic Alan Jackson anthem, a 90s country dance-floor favourite or an original Rob Curtis song, the focus remains the same: delivering a genuine country experience that keeps audiences singing, dancing and coming back for more.
